Miyagi Data Pipelines

Privacy Policy

Effective October 29, 2026 Miyagi Data Pipelines is a private reporting tool operated by Miyagi Motorworks, LLC. It imports business performance reports into Google Sheets so we can review website traffic, search visibility, and Google Business Profile activity. It is used for our business operations and is not offered as a public sign-in service.

Google data we access

With the account owner’s authorization, the tool accesses reports and account or property identifiers from connected Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and Google Business Profile accounts. Reports may include search queries, page URLs, impressions, clicks, traffic sources, device and geographic summaries, website events, and business-profile performance metrics. Access is limited by the permissions granted and the accounts and properties available to the authorizing user.

How we use the data

We use this information to produce internal reports, monitor reporting reliability, evaluate marketing performance, and improve our website and business operations. Google account authorization lets the tool retrieve reports on a schedule; it does not make the underlying account or reports public.

Storage and access

The reporting workflow uses Google Apps Script and Google Sheets. Report data and execution records are stored in the business’s Google environment. Access is controlled through Google account and file permissions. Only the business owner and people or service providers authorized to support reporting and business analysis may access these records. We do not publish account credentials or private reporting workbooks on this page.

Sharing and Google API use

We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google API data for personalized advertising or to train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. Data may be processed by Google and by service providers authorized to support the reporting purpose, or disclosed when required by law. Miyagi Data Pipelines’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Retention and deletion

We retain reports while needed for internal analysis and business recordkeeping. The account owner can stop future access by revoking the app’s authorization in Google Account settings and disabling scheduled runs. Revoking access does not automatically delete reports already saved in Google Sheets. To request deletion of stored reporting data, contact us below.
